The folks there were incredibly friendly. I wouldn't think twice about using both N E Tire and Tirescanner again. The waiver of the installation fee was a nice little perk.

In general, this service seems pretty solid, though there were a few hiccups with the coordination. The customer support is top-notch.

I needed to find two specific OEM front tires, which usually means you can't snag a decent deal. You can either purchase four and get a discount with next-day installation or buy two at full price and wait a week, but I couldn't afford to wait. I noticed that tirescanner was popping up only on Bing, not Google. Anyway, I managed to grab my tires with a 10% off coupon. It turned out to be cheaper for tirescanner to swap my tires in my driveway than to drive 5 miles to a shop.

After I paid for the tires online, I received a call and an email from Blanca, who helped me set up my appointment for two days later. The installer reached out to see if he could come the next day instead, which felt like getting Amazon's next-day delivery while paying for Prime's two-day service! Bonus points! The installer arrived right on time and finished in under an hour. Blanca followed up with an email to check if everything was alright. She's fantastic at customer service and a joy to work with.

Her customer service abilities are top-notch, and she was incredibly detailed throughout the whole ordering process and follow-up, keeping us updated on tracking and all that jazz. Chatting with Blanca was a delight; she was patient, well-informed, provided clear guidance, and was super helpful. I do think there are some things that could use a bit of work, like scheduling (no slots open at the shop), installation differences, and the communication between the tire scanner, the shop, and the customer. That said, I truly appreciated the service and Tirescanners' commitment to addressing those issues and making the overall experience quite positive.
